To submit your Featured Listing, please send the following information in an email to email@example.com:
1. Name of the business, group or event
3. Website link (preferred) or email address or phone number as the main contact for your listing
4. 100-word description of your business or event
5. For retreat venue listings only, please provide: Minimum and maximum number of scrappers accommodated
6. For event listings only, please provide: event date(s)
7. Logo or photo, sent as an attachment to your email. Maximum 10kb, static image with the maximum area equivalent to a 125 pixel square. If you need any help resizing an image or even creating one, just mention that in your email. We're happy to help. If you want the webmistress to use an image from your website, you can send the URL in your email.
8. Length of time to apply the upgrade (number of months or years). Year-long Featured Listings receive 12 months for the price of ten.
9. Preferred payment method (Please do not include your credit card number. You will receive an emailed invoice. Thanks!):
a. check via regular mail
b. online payment via check, credit/debit card or PayPal
10. Feature a single listing in one of three distinct sections: Local Stores & Clubs, Retreat Venues or Retreats/Events. If your business or event is listed in multiple areas, please indicate which listing you wish to upgrade.
Payment for Featured Listings
When we receive your Featured Listing information or renewal request, we will email an invoice to you, which you can pay by check via regular mail, or online with a credit or debit card or PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
You will receive a renewal notice via email about a week before your Featured Listing expires.
